Account Set-up
To place an online order simply set-up an online account. This is a one time process and only takes a few minutes.
Minimum Order
Francis Corp's Products has a $50.00 minimum order. This applies to all purchases including online and phone orders.
Credit Cards
Francis Corp's Products accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All online orders require a valid credit card including the 3 digit security code located on the back of your card (4 digit security code on American Express cards on front of card).
Order Processing
Orders placed after 3pm EST/EDT may be processed the next business day. Francis Corp's Products' business hours are 8am-5pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday.
Purchase Orders
Francis Corp's Products considers each purchase order a separate and legally binding document between a supplier and a buyer. It details the items the buyer agrees to purchase at a certain price point as well as how those items are to be paid and who is responsible for shipping terms/payment. Since our company does not offer contracts with any purchasers this must be documented on every PO.
Tax Exemption
If you have a tax exemption, we must have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file to avoid being charged sales tax on your orders.
Please email a copy of your current sales tax exempt certificate to sales@franciscorp.com using your Account/Customer Number & “TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE” in the subject
Product Measurements and Specifications
Francis Corp's Products has reproduced the photos, illustrations, measurements and other product information inside our website, catalogs and other publications as accurately as possible. Measurements are, however, approximate because instruments are handcrafted and minor deviations in size may occur. This does not affect the function or reliability of the instrument.
Instrument manufacturing is constantly progressing. Francis Corp's reserves the right to ship the most modern pattern of an instrument.
Measurements given for overall length may vary slightly because of metric conversion.
Errors
We make every effort to maintain our website and provide accurate product information. However, Francis Corp's Products does not warrant that product information, photos, descriptions and pricing are error-free.
Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Francis Corp's Products, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Please note that Francis Corp's Products reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.
